INBRE SRE: Introduction to Pharmaceutical Sciences Research

The Daniel K. Inouye College of Pharmacy (DKICP) is offering a one-month course of study designed to familiarize you with areas of research at DKICP to introduce you to essential pharmacological research methodologies and provide basic biomedical background necessary for research.

This course is completely online, (pre-recorded), but you are expected to complete the course within one month. Lectures, quizzes, and other additional materials (videos, etc) will be made available to you.

You may also add a two-week experience to a local lab to practice what you learn in the online course. This course is available in addition to the regular summer SRE program and the online INBRE Bioinformatics course.

The program will offer students the opportunity to virtually meet with faculty and instructors for live discussions via Zoom to ask questions and clarify material before the quizzes.
