The Administrative Core oversees the coordination and implementation of all INBRE activities across our 10 partner institutions, while ensuring fiscal responsibility. Weekly meetings provide consistency in the monitoring of progress toward achieving program goals, but also allow for flexibility in pursuit of new initiatives. The team also seeks regular guidance from an Internal Executive Committee, a Steering Committee and an External Advisory Committee. The Administrative Core supports an independent evaluation team by providing feedback and reports.
