Target Identification of Potent Antiproliferative Agent Petrichorin A
Research Summary: We will isolate petrichorin A and its analogs for structure-activity relationship (SAR) study and activity against NCI-60 human tumor cell lines at NCI. We will also carry out an initial target identification either using the SILAC (stable isotope labeling by amino acids in cell culture) or TPP (Thermal proteome profiling) approaches. Then we will perform an AlphaFold-based reverse screening of potential drug targets and cross-validation with experiments.
