Use and learn NIGMS Sandbox Cloud Modules at no-cost
Try the NIGMS Sandbox: An Interactive Cloud-Based Learning Platform
The National Institute of General Medical Sciences (NIGMS) recently launched a new resource to help students and researchers start or enrich their cloud-computing journeys, including a limited quantity of no-cost Google Cloud credits for IDeA Networks of Biomedical Research Excellence (INBREs).
Created by a multidisciplinary team of scientists from across the country, the NIGMS Sandbox Modules are a publicly accessible set of interactive GitHub repositories and videos that enable researchers to get hands-on, self-guided experience running cloud-based scientific workflows in areas such as proteomics, biomarker discovery, and more.
Contact Youping Deng, dengy@hawaii.edu by Friday, June 30 to sign up for the first cohort of no cost Google Cloud account to try the modules today.
