The Developmental Research Project Program (DRPP) is built around the thematic focus of “Natural Products and Health Disparities”, providing awards to Hawaii’s most promising junior biomedical researchers at our four PUIs (Chaminade University; Hawaii Pacific University; UH Hilo Daniel K. Inouye College of Pharmacy; University of Hawaii at West Oahu) to strengthen research development at those institutions and to facilitate investigator maturation to funding independence. These researchers will also assume key roles in training activities for students in the PATHway program.
