How to cite Hawaii INBRE Program
In journal articles, oral or poster presentations, news releases, news and feature articles, interviews with reporters and other communications, acknowledge the IDeA program’s full or partial support of the research. The citation in scientific publications should use the following format:

READ BEFORE CITING THE GRANT: All publications MUST be compliant with the Notice of Grant Award, and must adhere to all Notice of Funding Opportunity requirements, including the prohibition of foreign components. Collaborations with investigators at foreign sites that are expected to result in co-authorship will not be funded without prior approval from NIGMS.
For any publications including any foreign components or co-authorship, we kindly ask that you DO NOT cite the INBRE Grant.
